The commission will begin upon full payment.

Commissions of $60 USD or more can be paid 50% upfront and 50% upon payment. However, this is entirely up to the client.

If you pay via PayPal, you must pay a 6.6% transaction fee.

I work in order of payment. If you paid first, your order will be placed first. You can check your position or status in Order List.

I have a fairly experimental style, so from time to time some details or finishes may vary.

I have the right to decline your commission if I don't feel comfortable with it.

Your commission can be used/published on any of my social media accounts or as an example for my portfolio for future work. If you want a completely private commission, there will be a 10% surcharge. (If this is not made clear, I will publish the process and final result of the drawing!)

All my commissions have a signature, and it is strictly PROHIBITED to remove it in any way.

Rory can reuse orders that include fan art to make products for my brand 15 days after delivery. If you want exclusivity, you will have to pay a surcharge.

Rory retains all rights to the work.

You must always credit and tag Rorysaurio whenever you post your commission online.

Wips at each stage (sketch, base color, or anytime I need your input to continue.) I appreciate your feedback as soon as possible!

3 changes before the base color are free of charge. Modifications or additions in subsequent stages will incur a surcharge of the total price (or more depending on the complexity).

Regarding the previous point, free changes only apply in situations such as: ✦ I forgot something. ✦ I did something wrong or different than agreed. ✦ You asked me for a specific color and I used a different one.

If the commission has not yet started, a full refund is possible.

If the commission has already started, a partial refund may be given.

If the commission has already ended, a refund is not possible.

Delivery times can vary from one week to a month or more, depending on your position on the order list and the type of commission requested.

Due to events and other personal obligations, delivery times may be postponed. However, this will be communicated to the client and/or updated through my social media channels.

The client can set a deadline while the commission is being negotiated.

If the requested deadline is too short or tight, a surcharge will be added to the total commission price.

Commercial commissions are possible but have a surcharge!

NSFW has a 50% surcharge on the total commission.

Furrys has a 30% surcharge on the total commission.

Detailed or perspective funds have a surcharge depending on the complexity.

Armor, complicated or very detailed outfits

For commissions that are used as profiles or covers on Twitch/Youtube accounts or Instagram stores, an extra fee will be charged.

Please, when requesting a commission, try to send as many references as possible and be specific with what you request. If you only give me a written description, it will be taken as a character design and an extra fee will be charged
